This includes: organisation, business policy principles, guidelines as well as internal and external steering and monitoring mechanisms. Effective and transparent corporate governance guarantees that Tognum is managed and monitored in a responsible and value-driven manner. This fosters the confidence of our domestic and international investors, the financial markets, our business partners, employees and the public in the company.
Tognum accords good corporate governance great importance. We therefore support the German Corporate Governance Code, which we regard as an important tool in the capital market-driven development of corporate governance and control. The board of directors and the supervisory board at Tognum AG have addressed the German Corporate Governance Code thoroughly and comprehensively as part of the formation of the company and especially during the IPO. They pursue the goal of implementing the recommendations of the Code as well as the nonobligatory suggestions as far as possible. Accordingly, the corporate guidelines of Tognum AG are based on the principles and rules of the Code.
